The Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) is for adults with disabilities who prefer to remain in their primary private residences rather than nursing home placement.

We Care Home Care Agency’s Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) is a non-medical home care program that provides 24-hour personal onsite monitoring of respite care, companion care, and personal assistance. Personal caregivers are selected from among the community’s most highly trained individuals who provide skilled services for people with disabilities in their homes and communities.
